Payment Terms

All service fees must be paid in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers. Invoices will be provided upon request. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

Warranty and Liability

GRS Refrigeration offers a limited warranty on our services, covering workmanship and parts used. The warranty period may vary depending on the specific service provided. Any issues arising from improper use, unauthorized repairs, or external factors beyond our control are not covered under this warranty. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and access to the premises where the service is to be performed. It is your duty to ensure that the work area is safe and accessible for our technicians.

Amendments

GRS Refrigeration reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will take effect upon your continued use of our services.
